Shabad (Ang 310 of SGGS) : saa dharatee bhiee hareeaavalee
jithai meraa satigur baiThaa aai ||
(That land, becomes green, fertile and bountiful;
where my True Guru comes and sits.)
se ja(n)t bhe hareeaavale
jinee meraa satigur dhekhiaa jai ||
(Those beings who go and behold my True Guru are rejuvenated.)
dhan dha(n)n pitaa dhan dha(n)n kul
dhan dhanu su jananee jin guroo janiaa mai ||
(Blessed, blessed is the father; blessed, blessed is the family;
blessed, blessed is the mother, who gave birth to the Guru.)
dhan dha(n)n guroo jin naam araadhiaa
aap tariaa jinee ddiThaa tinaa le chhaddai ||
(Blessed, blessed is the Guru, who worships and adores the Naam;
He saves Himself, and emancipates those who see Him)
har satigur melahu dhiaa kar
jan naanak dhovai pai ||
(O Lord, be kind, and unite me with the True Guru,
that servant Nanak may wash His feet.)

so thaan suhaavaa raam raaje ||
(Wherever my True Guru goes and sits,
that place is beautiful, O Lord King.)
gursikha(n)ee so thaan bhaaliaa
lai dhoor mukh laavaa ||
(The Guru's Sikhs seek out that place;
they take the dust and apply it to their faces.)
gursikhaa kee ghaal thai piee
jin har naam dhiaavaa ||
(The works of the Guru's Sikhs, who meditate on the Lord's Name, are approved.)
jin(h) naanak satigur poojiaa
tin har pooj karaavaa ||2||
(Those who worship the True Guru, O Nanak
- the Lord causes them to be worshipped in turn.)
