Shabad (Ang 713 of SGGS) : Satgur aayo sharan tuhari | 

(O True Guru, I have come to Your Sanctuary.)

milhe sukh naam har sobha 

  chinta laaye hamari |

(Grant me the peace and glory of the Lord's Name, 

and remove my anxiety.)

avar na soojhai dhoojee Thaahar 

  haar pario tau dhuaaree |

(I cannot see any other place of shelter; 

I have grown weary, and collapsed at Your door.)

lekhaa chhodd alekhai chhooTeh 

  ham niragun leh ubaaree |

(Please ignore my account; only then may I be saved. 

I am worthless - please, save me!)

sadh bakhasi(n)dh sadhaa miharavaanaa 

  sabhanaa dhei adhaaree |

(You are always forgiving, and always merciful; 

You give support to all.)

naanak dhaas sa(n)t paachhai pario 

  raakh leh ieh baaree |

(Servant of the Lord, Nanak follows the Path of the Saints; 

save him, O Lord, this time.)
